A Final

I finally placed in a contest. Christian Writers of the West (American Christian Fiction Writers chapter in Phoenix, aka The Phoenix Rattlers) recently notified me to tell me I'd placed in the historical category. Click here to see their website. My site proudly sports the badge on the right.

Congratulations Walt,

Must be some great writing to final. It means you're getting close to publication.

I wish you the best. It took me years to get published, but persistence won out. It's not historical but it's very Texas: Angela 1: Starting Over.If you would like to know more, please click on my name and follow the link to my website. Thanks!

Belated congratulations. This kind of relates to my posts of this past Monday and today (WED 2/17/10)
I thought maybe I should put the date since this post that I am commmenting upon is a few weeks old.
Followed your comment on Carrie's blog to your site. Good luck with your writing. When are you going to be posting again?

Congratulations! I just found your site on Jody Hedlund's. What a great day to stop over and see what you're up to. I did enter a contest one time. Finished 21st and was over the moon. Would have been over the universe to win a category. Best wishes to all this means for your writing future!

Congratulations, Walt! That's awesome! So now maybe you'll get geared up for the Genesis. :) It is a bummer that you have to be a member to enter, because the cost for that is high, but I will say, being a member of ACFW, if you utilize it well, is well worth the price. Congrat again!

CONGRATS! It feels good to be validated that way. it's a nice way to take up our time before publication. I hope you win!
